Frameworks recently facilitated a successful  webinar (all online event) for UNEP and the city of Arendal. The CN Net 2009 Virtual Conference was organized by UNEP in collaboration with the City of Arendal and open free of charge to all CN Net members.

 

The Climate neutral network, CN Net, is a bold  initiative to address climate change and the urgent need to de-carbonize the global economy. CN Net is being offered as one solution to the challenge of rising greenhouse gases. Frameworks has been involved in the technical development of the site and we are also in the process of defining our own climate strategy and applicaiton to join the network.

Svein Tveitdal is now the Chairman of the Frameworks board. Svein has been founder and director of UNEP/GRID-Arendal over a decade and has also been holding the position as subdirector at UNEPs headquarters in Nairobi.
