Frameworks have over many years worked closely with the Department of Environment and Tourism in South Africa to deliver high quality web solutions for reporting environmental issues local, regional and national level.
We have recently developed a new and improved version of the national portal State of the environment South-Africa, that in addition to its qualitative analysis and assessments, maps, graphics and indicators, now also contains a large searchable online library with publications, illustrations, photos and vital graphics.
In this long-term project we have worked with UNEP/GRID Arendal, and provided methodology, training and other consultancy services. The projects has partly been funded by NORAD.
The solution is based on a Digimaker Content Management server, hosted on government servers in South-Africa, and supported from our office in Arendal city.
