About Frameworks

Frameworks - solid experience on sustainable solutions!

Frameworks offers high quality services and consultancy within web, application and database development and consultancy services within the fields of environmental- and climate communications.

Established in 2003, Frameworks has 6 dedicated employees and we are co-located with UNEP/GRID-Arendal, collaborating centre of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP). We have solid experience and expertise within dissemenation of environmental information and web based environmental communication. We deliver state of the art solutions to national and international governmental bodies.

Our projects and solutions span from big multilingual web portals with multiple groups and huge content base, to smaller corporate websites serving the need of marketing and outreach as well as external and internal communication through extranets and intranets.

Our strengths are solid experience and expertise and ability to design, customize and implement solutions suited to our clients needs through transforming complexity to simplicity and accessibility.

We are Digimaker CMS and AXcms certified developers, websites and portals based on high-end content management systems based on Microsoft .NETand deliver and SQL Server technology.


	Geir Arntzen Andrew Manager Geir has over 10 years of experience managing development projects within web, application and database development and has specialized expertise on environmental information dissemination. Backed up by his experience and engineering degrees in computer and environmental science Geir works closely with our clients on project goals, specifications, information architecture and quality assurance to ensure sustainable solutions that live up to our clients expectations and needs.
	Ole Åkre With a programming degree from Østfold college of higher education, Ole has a more than 15 years experience within graphical design, programming and web site development. Mainly working on ASP and .NET technology, Ole has been involved in over 200 web solutions to this date. His long and broad experience is a big asset to Frameworks ability to effectively design, implement and deliver solutions that meets our clients expectations and our high ambitions.
	Mona Nilsen Mona is working on environmental communications and process management and has a diverse background working within norwegian public and privat sector on a broad selection of environmental themes and areas.
	Tor-Erik Klausen Tor-Erik joined the Frameworks team in 2007 and works as senior consulatant, mainly with programming and database driven applications. With his master in computer-science he's a great asset for the companies ability to deliver solutions customized to the need of our clients and when it comes to applying modern system architecture and programming techniques to solve complex challenges.
	Tiago Teixeira Tiago is our newest employee, and have worked as a software developer since 2003. He has a 3 year education in programming, and have already worked on several exciting projects. Tiago comes from Portugal, and also assists with international websites with his language skills.
